How You Can Help

Our Corbett Prep community is coming together to support those impacted by Hurricane Helene across Florida and the southeast. A Corbett Prep family has connected us with the nonprofit Hope & Health Project, which is working with Sheep Dog Impact Assistance, and we hope to help as many people as possible through this collaboration. The needs are vast, and there are many ways you can contribute. We are accepting items at school throughout October, and we have provided links if you choose to make a monetary donation.

About Corbett Cares

A large part of Corbett Prep's mission is to have a positive impact on the greater community.

In 2022, the Parent Faculty Association (PFA) launched Corbett Cares to focus on partnering with organizations in the Tampa Bay community.

Corbett Cares serves as a liaison to build connections for students in the classrooms and arrange volunteering opportunities for Corbett parents and children within the community. Corbett Cares even organizes adult-only opportunities for parents and guardians.

Let's have a positive impact on the greater community together. Fill our our survey if you would like to be part of this cause.

Hurricane Relief

Corbett Prep is collecting donations from Oct. 1-31 to help people recovering from the flooding from Hurricane Helene. Items – including food, clothing and household supplies – may be dropped off at any time this month in the elementary and Middle School offices.

If you would like to make an online donation to one of our nonprofit partners, we encourage you to check out the Hope & Health Project and Sheep Dog Impact Assistance.

Feeding Tampa Bay

Corbett Cares' annual Feeding Tampa Bay food drive will begin in November!

Last year, through collections and volunteer visits, 402 Corbett Prep parents, children and staff contributed more than 1,000 hours of volunteer work for a total meal impact of 80,238 meals.

Teachers and National Junior Honor Society members organized a campus-wide food drive, scheduled field trips to volunteer at the nonprofit’s warehouse and coordinated family volunteer opportunities for parents and kids to work together to help neighbors in need.

We look forward to continuing to make a positive difference this school year!
