Healthy Camp Protocols

All campers must arrive daily with a clean mask.

Outdoors

Masks are optional for all campers and all staff.

Indoors

All campers will wear masks while indoors unless there is extensive spacing available. Indoor camps will incorporate mask breaks and additional outdoor time.

Masks will be optional for vaccinated adults only.

We ask parents to please stay in their vehicles during arrival and dismissal.

• Upon arrival, campers and staff will have their temperatures taken. Any camper or staff member with a fever (as set by the CDC) will need to stay home until cleared to return by our school nurse.
• We will have multiple arrival and dismissal stations to keep campers distanced. Look for your child’s arrival/dismissal locations to be sent by email on Friday before the start of camp each week.
• If a parent has a need to come on campus, please go to the main office or the camp office for visitor procedures.

Our facilities team will sanitize daily inside classrooms after the morning and afternoon camps.

• Our playgrounds will be sanitized throughout the day.
• Classrooms have sinks to wash hands and sanitizer dispensers; additional sinks and sanitizer stations are located throughout campus. Brightly colored signage promotes the use of these stations.
   

Campers in classrooms will be spaced responsibly. Outdoor campers will be guided to maintain a responsible distance from other campers and staff.

We have multiple lunch areas throughout our campus to allow for plenty of spacing among campers and staff.

• Campers will consume all food/drinks outdoors with sufficient spacing.
• Campers will be free of sharing food or drinks.
•  Important: Please send your camper with a refillable water bottle labeled with the camper’s name each day. Bottle filling stations are located throughout campus. Water fountains will remain off for the duration of camp.
