Hadestown Teen Edition Cast & Crew
Bella Albano, Ensemble
Bella Albano (Ensemble) is a soon-to-be sophomore at Tampa Christian Community School, and is honored to be a part of Hadestown! Some of her favorite shows and roles include, 13 JR. (Patrice), Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella (Grace-Stepsister), and Shrek (Teen Fiona/Peter Pan). When Bella is not constantly rehearsing, she is sharing a smile at her new job working for Chick-Fil-A, playing with her sister, writing, and reading. She would like to thank her closest friends, family, and mentors for their support, but mostly God for His guidance and love.
Matthew Arroyo, Orpheus
Matthew Arroyo (Orpheus, Purple Cast) just graduated from Tampa Catholic High School and is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown. Previous shows include Mean Girls (Damian), Mamma Mia (Sky), and Beauty and the Beast (Gaston). Outside of theatre, Matthew enjoys playing instruments and hanging out with friends. He would like to thank his parents, family, and Mr. T for their support and encouragement.
Rubye Barber, Ensemble
Rubye Barber (Ensemble) is a rising senior at Academy at the Lakes and is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown. Some of her past roles include Aunt Em in The Wizard of Oz, Kathryn Schaub in Radium Girls, and Teen Fiona in Shrek the Musical. Outside of theatre, Rubye enjoys singing and writing music, as well as spending time with friends. She would like to thank her mom and grandparents for funding and supporting all of her endeavors and Mr. T for encouraging her to participate in this show.
Julia Bisesi, Fate
Julia Bisesi (Fate 1, Purple Cast) is a recent graduate of Tampa Catholic High School and is thrilled to be a part of Hadestown! Previous credits include Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Hope in Urinetown, Lucy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and more! She wants to thank her family and friends for always supporting her. She would also like to thank the entire cast and crew of Hadestown for making this such a memorable last show for her at Corbett Prep.
Avery Bowes, Worker
Avery Bowes (Worker) is a rising sophomore at Academy at the Lakes and is ecstatic to be part of this production of Hadestown. Previous shows include Into the Woods (Milky White), Newsies (featured dancer), and You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Woodstock). Outside of theatre, Avery is a competitive dancer at Center Stage Dance Academy. She has been dancing for 12 years, and this is her fifth year competing. She would like to thank Mr. Travaglino for putting on this incredible show, all of her wonderful dance teachers for training her, her family and sister Parker Bowes, and lastly Abbey Yokum for helping her prep for an awesome show!
Parker Bowes, Persephone
Parker Jane Bowes (Persephone, Green Cast) is a rising junior at Academy at the Lakes and a Corbett Prep alumna. She is honored and ecstatic to be portraying one of her favorite Broadway roles in this production of Hadestown. Recent roles include Madame Thenardier (Les Mis), Patrick Star (SpongeBob), and Madame de la Grande Bouche (Beauty and the Beast). She thanks her family for always supporting her, and her teachers for always pushing her to be the best she can be.
Charlie Brewer, Worker
Charlie Brewer (Worker) is honored to be a part of Hadestown Teen Edition! A rising sophomore, Charlie has loved being onstage with Corbett Prep, where some of his favorite roles include LeFou in Beauty and the Beast and SpongeBob in The SpongeBob Musical. Outside of theatre, he is constantly being creative, whether through art or writing his own music. He would like to thank his director, Seth Travaglino, and the assistant directors for the opportunity to be part of this production and for their continued support and inspiration. He would also like to thank the set and stage crew that magically turned the theatre into the underworld.
Gianna Brown, Worker
Gianna Brown (Worker) is a rising sophomore at Bishop McLaughlin and is thrilled to be a part of Hadestown. Previously, Gianna was in SpongeBob the Musical (Karen the Computer) and Footloose (Ensemble/Choreographer). Outside of theater, Gianna enjoys playing volleyball and dancing. She would like to thank her parents and, most importantly, God.
Alex Butts, Orpheus
Alex Butts (Orpheus, Green Cast) is a rising sophomore who is incredibly excited to be playing Orpheus in Hadestown Teen Edition. He has been performing since a young age and has a deep passion for musical theatre. Some of his favorite past roles include Ren in Footloose, Finch in Newsies, and Jack in Into the Woods. He would like to thank his teachers and his family for their constant support and encouragement.
Auri Chiasson, Worker
Auri Chiasson (Worker) is a rising freshman at Berkeley Preparatory School and is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown. Previous shows include Camp Rock as Mitchie and Tess, Newsies as Katherine, Mean Girls as ensemble, Matilda as ensemble & acrobat, Wonka as Charlie, and Cinderella as Cinderella. Outside of theatre, Auri enjoys dancing, singing, and the occasional great novel. She would like to thank her family for their support and encouragement.
Audrey Daniels, Ensemble
Audrey Daniels (Ensemble) is a rising junior at Berkeley Preparatory School. Some of her favorite roles include Katherine in Newsies, Ren in Footloose, Snug in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and most recently ensemble in Mamma Mia! She is also a member of ThinkTank’s Young Artists Ensemble. Outside of theatre, Audrey is a varsity cheerleader and part of her school's a capella group. Audrey would like to thank Mr. Marshall, her friends, and family for their support, as well as Mr. T for this amazing opportunity.
Maddy DeBord, Worker
Maddy DeBord (Worker) is an incoming freshman at Blake High School and is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown. Previous shows include High School Musical (Sharpay), Mean Girls (Ensemble), and SpongeBob the Musical (Perch Perkins/Gary). Outside of theatre, Maddy is a competitive dancer at Centerstage Dance Academy, and she has been dancing for 11 years. She also is an avid reader. She would like to give heartfelt thanks to her mom, her amazing dance teachers, and T for their unwavering love, support, and encouragement – they’ve helped shape her into the performer she is today!
Will Decker, Hades
Will Decker (Hades, Purple Cast) is a homeschooled student going into 9th grade and is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown. Previous shows include Tommy (Little Tommy), Les Misérables (Gavroche), Fiddler on the Roof (The Russian Tenor), Finding Nemo (Bruce), Into the Woods (The Wolf), and Beauty and the Beast (The Beast). Outside of theatre, Will enjoys puppetry, dinosaurs, and taking care of his country property. He would like to thank Mr. T, Mom, Dad, Joy, Ross, Mark, Domin, Yvette, Ashley, Todd, and Dan, Zach Zayas as well as his grandparents George, Joy, Dollie, and Del, for their love and direction in his life and goals.
Jaidon Delgado, Worker
Jaidon Delgado (Worker) is a rising sophomore who is excited to be part of Hadestown. Some of Jaidon's recent shows include SpongeBob at CSA where she was Pearl Krabs and Beauty and the Beast with Arts in Motion as Mrs. Potts. In her free time, Jaidon enjoys dancing at Blackwood Studios, working with Ms. Emilia Sargent and going to concerts. Jaidon would like to thank Mr. T and Mrs. Capria for all their support and giving her a chance. She cannot wait to see what's next! A special thank you to Ms. Amy for your hard work.
Ankita Dutta, Worker
Ankita Dutta (Worker) is a rising sophomore at Steinbrenner High School and is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown. Previous shows include Camp Rock (Mitchie), Once on This Island (Agwe), and Fiddler on the Roof (Yente). Outside of theatre, Ankita enjoys classical and contemporary dance. Lily Elder, Worker
Lily Elder (Worker) is a rising senior at Academy of the Holy Names and is thrilled to be a part of this production of Hadestown! Her favorite roles include Tanya in Mamma Mia!, ensemble in Chicago, Alana in The Little Mermaid, and Olaf in Frozen. Outside of theatre, Lily enjoys playing piano, especially accompanying her vocals. She would like to thank her family, friends, amazing cast, and especially God for His love.
Jade Ethier, Persephone
Jade Ethier (Persephone, Purple Cast) is ecstatic to be a part of Hadestown! She is a rising senior at Land O' Lakes High School, and this is her 8th year with Corbett Prep CSA. She has had so much fun working with such a talented cast, and it has been a great experience. You may have recently seen her as Regina George in Mean Girls or Sandy Cheeks in SpongeBob Squarepants. Jade would like to thank the amazing staff, her fellow actors, friends, and family for their unwavering support.
Jonah Gamson, Ensemble/Tech
Jonah Gamson (Ensemble/Tech) is a rising junior. He has been doing theatre for 9 years, both technically and on stage. His favorite past works include Beauty and the Beast (Lumiere/Maurice), Mean Girls (Kevin G), and SpongeBob (Plankton). He would like to thank his parents and grandfather for always supporting his work in the arts, and Mr. T for all the training and support he has provided throughout this process.
Alex Garcia, Tech
Alex Garcia (Tech/Makeup Design) is a rising sophomore at Academy of the Holy Names and is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown. Previous shows include Beauty and the Beast Jr. (Babette) and Aladdin Jr. (Raja, Ensemble). Outside of theatre, Alex enjoys spending her time working on her art skills. Her favorite mediums are digital and watercolor. She would like to thank her family, friends, and Mr. T and the production team for all of the support, encouragement, and effort they put into the show.
Issa Garcia, Ensemble/Tech
Issa Garcia (Ensemble/Tech) has just graduated as a 8th grader at Corbett Prep and will be a freshman at Academy of the Holy Names this fall. She is thrilled to have had the opportunity to meet so many amazing people and work on her favorite show. Some shows she was in recently were SpongeBob (Sandy), Mean Girls (Mrs. Norbury), and High School Musical (Taylor). Outside of theater, she enjoys playing guitar and hanging out with her friends. She would like to thank her family and friends for their support in all of her goals, as well as Mr. T for pushing her in many different ways.
Bella Giacinto, Worker
Bella Giacinto (Worker) is a graduating senior from Bishop McLaughlin Catholic High School. Past shows include The Play That Goes Wrong (Perkins), Beauty and the Beast (Babette), Grease (ChaCha DiGregorio), Fiddler on the Roof (Reb Nahum), and Mariah Carey’s Christmas Covid Spectacular (CiCi). She has also choreographed two musicals, is a competitive dancer, and loves to surf! She’d like to thank her mom for always supporting her costly passions. Enjoy the show!
Kendall Grumbley, Fate
Kendall Grumbley (Fate 2, Green Cast) is a rising homeschooled senior and is excited to be a part of this production of Hadestown. Some of her previous shows include SpongeBob (Pearl) and Carrie (Norma). Kendall would like to thank her parents for raising her with a personality of a six-foot-eight man.
Pat Gurney, Ensemble/Tech
Pat Gurney (Ensemble/Tech) has just graduated from Corbett as a lifer and will be attending freshman year at Blake High School for the arts. She is more than delighted to be partaking in this production of Hadestown. Most recently, she was in The Love of Three Oranges (King of Hearts), The One-Act Play Disaster (Eddie Seabreeze), and Matilda (Mr. Wormwood). Outside of theatre, Pat enjoys playing the harp and competing in robotics. She would like to thank her friends and family for their unwavering support, as well as Mr. T for getting her into theatre way back in PreK3.
Barrett Hicks, Worker
Barrett Hicks (Worker) is a rising junior at Carrollwood Day School and is excited to be part of this production of Hadestown. Past shows include Pippin (Pippin), Newsies (Jack), The SpongeBob Musical (Squidward), and Into the Woods (Cinderella's Prince). Barrett also enjoys tap and is a talented volleyball player. He would like to thank his family for always cheering him on, whether it's sports or the arts.
Oli Jones, Hermes
Oli Jones (Hermes, Green Cast) is a rising sophomore at Berkeley Preparatory School and has been so excited to make this production of Hadestown come to life! Previous shows include Mamma Mia! (Ensemble) at Berkeley Prep, Shrek the Musical Jr. (Fiona) at the Patel Conservatory, and High School Musical Jr. (Martha Cox) at Farnell Middle School. Oli would love to thank her parents, family, and friends for their support, as well as her teachers, Alec Pearl and Sara Skinner, for their excellent leadership and dedication to helping her.
Jude Kasti, Percussion
Jude Kasti (Drumkit/ Percussion Player) is a graduating senior at Berkeley Preparatory School. Previous shows include Mamma Mia (Bill Austin) and pit percussionist in Mean Girls, Cinderella, and more. Outside of theatre, Jude has performed as part of many jazz and concert band ensembles and is a high-level painter. Jude will be going to North Carolina State University this fall and will be studying Environmental Design in architecture. He is excited to be working with Mr. Travaglino one last time and is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to his incredible vision for Hadestown. He would also like to thank his family, mentors, and friends, new and old, for constantly supporting his creative endeavors.
Ashleigh Krekorian, Fate
Ashleigh Krekorian (Fate 3, Purple Cast) is a rising junior at Steinbrenner High School and is thrilled to be a part of this production! Her love for theatre has grown tremendously, and her credits include roles like Missy Hart (9 to 5), Gill (Finding Nemo Jr.), Mimi Schwinn (A New Brain), and Rizzo (Grease). She thanks Mr. T for this opportunity and would also like to give a huge thank you to her family and friends and, of course, Ashley Rogers for supporting her.
Alexis McFarland, Fate
Lexi McFarland (Fate 2, Purple Cast) is a rising senior at Berkeley Preparatory School and is beyond excited to be part of this production of Hadestown! Her previous shows include Mamma Mia (Lisa), Cinderella (Ensemble), Mean Girls (Ensemble), and Willy Wonka Jr. (Veruca Salt). She also appeared in several shows with Warriors' Pride Chorus while attending Corbett Prep. Outside of theatre, Lexi is active as a member of her varsity cheerleading team, holding the captain position. She is also a part of Berkeley’s female a cappella group, Mello Divas, and is a member of the Advanced Theatre Ensemble. She would like to thank Mr. T for allowing her the opportunity to tell such a heartfelt story. Additionally, she would like to thank her parents for their unwavering support of her passion for the arts.
Olivia McNees, Worker
Olivia McNees (Worker) is a rising sophomore at Land O' Lakes High School, and is honored to be a part of Corbett Prep's production of Hadestown. Some of her past stage credits include Trap (Ensemble), Into the Woods (Florinda), and SpongeBob Jr. (Electric Skate). Outside of theatre, Olivia is a competitive trampoline and tumbler and enjoys thrifting and art. She would like to thank her friends and family and her amazing castmates, as well as everyone who made this show a possibility!
Rylan Meredith, Ensemble
Rylan Meredith (Ensemble) is a rising junior at Academy of the Holy Names. Her favorite roles include Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof, Anya in Anastasia, Maria in West Side Story, and Cosette in Les Mis. Outside of theatre, Rylan enjoys hobbies such as art, reading, and spending time with friends. She is thrilled to be a part of Corbett’s Hadestown and would love to thank her parents and friends for their support.
Nikki Monroe, Ensemble/Tech
Nikki Monroe (Ensemble/Tech) is a rising 9th grader at Tampa Prep and a Corbett Prep alum. She is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown. Previous shows include Camp Rock (Dana), High School Musical (Gabriella Montez), Mean Girls (Regina George), and SpongeBob the Musical (Patrick Star). Outside of theatre, Nikki enjoys all forms of art including drawing and fashion/fashion design. She would like to thank her parents, friends, Mr. T, Jack Sobel, and Sarah Timm for their support and encouragement.
Anni Norland, Ensemble
Anni Norland (Ensemble) is a rising junior at PHSC as a duel-enrolled student and is incredibly excited to be a part of Hadestown. Previous shows include Into the Woods (Witch) at The Acting Studio, Big Fish (Ensemble) at Arts in Motion, Beauty and the Beast (Babette/Enchantress) at Arts and Motion, and The Little Mermaid (Aquata/ Princess) at Arts In Motion. Outside of theater, Anni continues to pursue writing and reading, while also making sure she takes time to hang out with some of her closet friends and family. She’s incredibly grateful for the insanely kind and accepting cast and production team at Corbett Prep, and all her friends and family that help make her dreams come true.
Isla Paone, Worker
Isla Paone (Worker) is a rising sophomore at Academy of the Holy Names and is so excited to be a part of Hadestown! Her recent roles include Sophie Sheridan (Mamma Mia!) and Peter (Don’t Get Caught). She would like to thank her family and friends for their unwavering love and support as well as the cast and crew for tirelessly working to make this show come to life!
Nate Pastor, Tech
Nate Pastor (Lighting Tech) is a rising junior at Academy at the Lakes and and is happy to be back in the Corbett Prep tech booth with Mr. T for Hadestown. Nate enjoys both performance and technical theatre roles and most recently appeared in The Wizard of Oz (Zeke) and Radium Girls. Favorite roles include Puffs (Oliver Rivers) and Newsies (Oscar Delancey), where he had the chance to practice stage combat moves on his friends. He would like to thank his parents for always signing him up for activities and Mr. T for donuts that one time at Corbett (shh).
Izzy Pedersen, Ensemble/Tech
Izzy Pedersen (Ensemble/Tech) is a rising sophomore at Academy at the Lakes and is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown. Previous shows include Fiddler on the Roof (Grandma Tzeitel), Into the Woods (Steward), and Peter and the Starcatcher (Captain Scott ). Outside of theatre, Izzy enjoys nature and playing games with her friends. She would like to thank her parents for their support and encouragement, from late-night car rides home from rehearsal to scrambling for tickets for shows.
Mary Pope, Worker
Mary Pope (Worker) is 15 years old and a rising junior at Berkeley Preparatory School. Her favorite roles have been Rosie in Mamma Mia!, Janis Ian in Mean Girls Jr., and Junie B in Junie B Jones the Musical Jr. Mary is active in music, theatre, and varsity cheer at school, as well as performing in musicals at Florida Academy of Performing Arts. She dances competitively with Karl & DiMarco South’s dance team and is also a part of Tampa Bay Taps Rhythm & Sole tap performance group. She is a new member of ThinkTank Theatre’s Young Artists Ensemble (YAE). She is excited to be part of this Hadestown cast and to do one last show with her older brother, Ryan. She would like to say thank you to her family and Mr Marshall for their support and guidance, as well as Mr. T and the production team for putting together this great show.
Ryan Pope, Hades
Ryan Pope (Hades, Green Cast) is a graduating senior from Berkeley Preparatory School. His favorite roles have been Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof and Beast in Beauty and the Beast. He will be going to Wesleyan University in Connecticut this fall and will play football there. He is glad he has been able to do one more production with Mr. Travaglino, who has given him wonderful opportunities to grow as a performer the last few years. He is also happy to have been in one last musical with his sister, Mary. He wants to thank his family for always coming to support him in every show for so many years.
Korban Quillian, Worker
Korban Quillian (Worker) is a rising senior. His favorite performances to date have been Riff in West Side Story, Japhath in Children of Eden, Tsar Nicholas in Anastasia, Fyedka and Perchik in Fiddler on the Roof, Pharaoh in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and being in Newsies anywhere he can! Korban loves to bring comedy and energy to the stage and he loves shows with challenging choreography. His favorite style of dance is tap. He is also a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Korban wants to thank everyone for their love and support and God for His many blessings.
Gabriella Reto, Eurydice
Gabriella Reto (Eurydice, Purple Cast) is a rising sophomore at Land O' Lakes High School and is extremely excited to be doing Hadestown. She has been performing since she was 4 years old. She studies voice, acting, psychology, and film. She has recently been in Rent (Maureen), The Addams Family (Morticia), and Mean Girls (Mrs. George). She would like to thank her teachers and family for their endless support.
Rio Ricardo, Worker
Rio Juliana Ricardo (Worker) is 15 and a rising junior. She has performed in many theatre productions throughout Tampa Bay including The Little Mermaid (Scuttle/Arista), Beauty and The Beast (Babette/Enchantress), Big Fish (Jenny Hill), and The Diary of Anne Frank (Anne) at Arts in Motion; Oliver! the Musical and Titanic the Musical at Carrollwood Cultural Center; as well as many others. She was accepted into ThinkTank’s YAE program last year, where this past November she played Kirstie in Number The Stars. She played Andie in the short film Andie & June (Baytown Productions) and was awarded an Honorable Mention for Best Women’s Short at the Cal Film Festival. She studies dance at Blackwood Studios, voice with Elizabeth Post, and acting with Capria Pichette. She enjoys reading all genres of books and loves teaching voice lessons to young local students. She would like to thank her family and friends for their love and support through her acting journey!
Ashley Rogers, Eurydice
Ashley Rogers (Eurydice, Green Cast) is a rising junior at Steinbrenner High School and is ecstatic to be part of this production of Hadestown. Some of her past shows and roles include Finding Nemo (Marlin), A New Brain (Nancy), and Into The Woods (Rapunzel/Cinderella). She would like to thank Mr. Travaglino, her mom, and Ashleigh Krekorian, who have supported her through the entire process with encouragement.
Fernando Rojas, Ensemble
Fernando Rojas (Ensemble) is a rising sophomore at Berkeley Preparatory School and a Corbett Prep alum. Hadestown is one of his favorite shows, and he’s delighted to be part of this production. Some of his most memorable recent performances include A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Egeus), Into the Woods (Rapunzel’s Prince), and Footloose (Chuck and understudy Ren). Outside of theatre, Fernando enjoys soccer, basketball, working out, and spending time with friends and family. He would like to thank his parents, aunts and uncles, and friends for always coming to his shows and supporting him. He is also grateful to Mr. T and Mr. Marshall for their dedication and guidance.
Lennon Schaeffer, Ensemble
Lennon Schaeffer (Ensemble) is in 8th grade and is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown. Previous shows include Alana in the Little Mermaid, Silly Girl in Beauty and the Beast, and Mike Nulty in White Christmas. Outside of theatre, Lennon spends her free time dancing at Blackwood Studios and taking acting lessons from Capria Pichette and vocal lessons from Dr. Jon Basset. She would like to thank everyone involved for their support and encouragement!
Amelia Smith, Trombone
Amelia Smith (Trombone Player) is a rising junior at Land O’ Lakes High School and is thrilled to be part of this production of Hadestown. Some previous shows include, Mean Girls (Stage Manager, LOLHS), In Bloom (Stage Manager, ThinkTankYAE), and Into the Woods (Audio Engineer, Corbett Prep). Amelia has also been in the Pasco All-County Band for the past 4 years, and she is ranked first chair in her school's ensemble. She would like to thank her family and friends for their support and encouragement.
Aria Sneary-Beachy, Fate
Aria Sneary-Beachy (Fate 1, Green Cast) is a rising junior at Academy at the Lakes and is thrilled to be a part of this production of Hadestown. Aria recently played Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Katherine Wiley in Radium Girls and Shrek’s Mother/Dragon Girl in Shrek the Musical. Outside of theatre, Aria enjoys playing basketball and playing the piano. She would like to thank the parent volunteers and directors for all the time and care they contributed to this process.
Sam Sobel, Ensemble
Sam Sobel (Ensemble) is a recent Corbett Prep graduate and a rising 9th grader at Howard W. Blake School of the Arts. He is over the Styx to be part of this production of Hadestown. Previous credits include Falsettos (Jason), SpongeBob the Musical (SpongeBob), and Mean Girls (Damian). When he’s not on stage, Sam enjoys spending time with friends, building Legos brick-by-brick (like a certain wall we know), and conducting an ongoing quest to find Tampa’s finest chicken tender. Sam thanks Mr. T, Katy Decker, and his family for their love, support, and helping him raise his voice to the world we dream about.
Milannia Travaglino, Hermes
Milannia Travaglino (Hermes, Purple Cast) is a recent graduate of Steinbrenner High School and is beyond excited to be a part of Hadestown! After taking a few years off from theatre, Milannia recently played the role of Janis in Mean Girls and is thrilled to be back one last time to end her 14 years at Community School of the Arts. She would like to thank her family, the production team, all the parent volunteers, and her amazing castmates for all their hard work and support through this process!
Yasmin Virani, Stage Manager
Yasmin Virani (Stage Manager) is a rising senior at Berkeley Preparatory School and is so excited to be part of this production of Hadestown, one of her all-time favorite musicals. Previous productions include Sense and Sensibility (Colonel Brandon/Gossip), Cinderella (Assistant Stage Manager), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Stage Manager), and Mamma Mia! (Stage Manager). Outside of theatre, Yasmin enjoys volunteering, baking, and spending time with her friends and family. She would like to thank Mr. T for this amazing opportunity and for all the encouragement and love from those around her.
Sophi Wheeling, Fate
Sophi Wheeling (Fate 3, Green Cast) is going into her junior year, and she is so glad to be doing one of her favorite shows, Hadestown! Recently she has been Beth in Little Women and Snoopy in You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown. She would like to thank her Dad, Mom, and Grandma for supporting her passion and love for the arts.
Abbey Yokum, Worker
Abbey Yokum (Worker) is a rising sophomore at Berkeley Preparatory School. Previous shows include Mamma Mia! (featured dancer), Footloose (Ariel), and Newsies (Elmer). She would like to thank Seth Travaglino for his support and encouragement to make her the best she can be. She would also like to thank Avery Bowes for helping her prep for an awesome show!
Kristin Butts (Design/Prop Lead)
Kristin Butts (Design and Prop Lead) is thrilled to be helping bring Hadestown to life — mainly because it gives her an excuse to hoard weird objects and call it “work.” Her past favorite projects include Into the Woods, Newsies, and You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (yes, she made props for a cartoon boy with a squiggly shirt –dreams do come true).
When not knee-deep in paint, glitter, or hot glue burns, Kristin enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, who have accepted that “just one more tech week” is a permanent lifestyle.
Massive thanks to Seth Travaglino for the endless creative adventures—and to her family for their love, support, and tolerance for a garage that hasn’t seen a car in years.
Amy Lee (Costumes)
Amy Lee (Costume Designer and Co-Props Mistress) is ecstatic to be sewing, gluing, and zip-tying her way through this production of Hadestown. Some of her favorite past shows include SpongeBob, Beauty and the Beast, and Finding Nemo – all of which involved a healthy dose of glitter, Velcro, and late-night prop emergencies. Outside of the theatre, Amy enjoys traveling, going to Disney, and explaining to TSA why her carry-on is full of fake fruit. She sends huge thanks to Seth Travaglino for trusting her show after show to bring his vision to life, and to her incredibly patient family for their love and support — especially during tech week!
