RULER 2 is now called the Four Pillars of Wellbeing under the Contentment Foundation. Learn more.
The Contentment Foundation
In 2016, Corbett Prep became the national pilot school for the Four Pillars of Wellbeing, a new research-based curriculum that grew out of RULER at Yale. Lead developer Dr. Daniel Cordaro has conducted trainings with the Corbett Prep faculty and spoken to students via Skype and during classroom visits. Teachers spent the year implementing the curriculum and providing feedback on how tactics worked in the classrooms. The Contentment Foundation made revisions and continues to work with Corbett Prep as it rolls out the wellbeing curriculum to schools worldwide.
