They need to develop adaptable skills – such as critical thinking, creativity and digital literacy – that will help them navigate an unpredictable future and thrive. At Corbett Prep, global learning is more than just a curriculum component. It is interwoven into daily student life.
Kathryn Smith Rouse, Corbett Prep's Global Learning Director, shared with Tampa Bay Parenting five ways that students benefit from developing international mindedness. Global learning helps students increase their cultural awareness, enhances their communication skills, bolsters their critical thinking abilities, gives them a sense of social responsibility and prepares them for a world economy.
