As part of our Remote Learning Plan, Corbett Prep teachers and administrators have developed tips for parents to help their children have a successful start and a positive experience during the time they are learning at home.
Corbett Prep's annual STEAM Symposium showcases the curiosity and creative thinking that thrive in our students. Intermediate and Middle School students researched topics in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Art of Design and Mathematics and prepared presentations and demonstrations to share with an audience.

Corbett Prep has offered summer camp programs to students entering PreK3-8th grade from all over the Tampa Bay area for more than 20 years at CAMP IDS. With more than 100 half- and full-day camps, CAMP IDS offers families numerous options to design their perfect summer. CAMP IDS runs for seven weeks June 8-July 24, 2020, located on Corbett Prep's beautiful lakeside campus in North Tampa.
The Ultimate Warriors Volleyball Academy (UWVA) draws from international training techniques and strategies for youth volleyball in addition to Division I coaching philosophies. As part of the Community School for Sports (CSS), the volleyball academy is based at Corbett Prep but open to students from any school in the Tampa Bay area. It is modeled after CSS' popular Ultimate Warriors Basketball Academy and takes a positive approach to learning sports.
Published annually, the Corbett Prep Press highlights some of the dynamic, meaningful, and creative educational experiences that occur at Corbett Prep every day and contribute to the school’s joyful, brain-friendly learning environment.
Research shows that students are more likely to achieve academically when they are involved in a learning environment that is emotionally healthy, stimulating, and sets high expectations.
The teachers are working long hours to create interactive lessons that demonstrate variety and attention to varying learning styles in order to increase on task learning. Our approach to team teaching, team planning and sharing ideas across divisions all add to create a positive energy to make the "New Normal" work! We appreciate the abundance of gratitude texts, emails, posts, etc. supporting our teachers and recognizing their effort and "grit."
