Do you have half- or full-day camps?

Families may choose to attend a morning or afternoon camp or combine an AM and PM session for a full day of camp. Certain camps – such as Pre-Rec, musical theatre and off-campus recreational camps – are offered as full-day camps only. Please note the times in the descriptions of the camps when you register in CampSite.

What will campers do between their morning and afternoon camps?

The 30-minute break between morning and afternoon camps is a supervised lunch period.

Is lunch provided?

Campers may bring food or purchase breakfast, lunch and snacks from our Warrior's Oasis Cafe. Purchases are CASH ONLY.

What is the dress code?

Each camper receives a free CAMP IDS T-shirt. Wearing it is optional but encouraged. Comfortable clothing, including sneakers/tennis shoes and socks, are a must for our campus. Please save flip flops and sandals for the weekend.

Every child will receive one complimentary camp T-shirt for the summer. Additional camp shirts are available for purchase. Wearing a camp T-shirt is encouraged but optional.

What grade level are campers placed in?

Specified grade levels are the grades that campers will be entering in the 2017-18 school year.

What is the CAMP IDS refund policy?

Prior to May 30, 2017, all payments are fully refundable.

On and after May 30, 2017, all deposits are non-refundable. If a camp is paid in full, 50 percent of the full payment will be refunded only if requested 10 days prior to the start of that camp.

What are arrival and dismissal procedures?

Morning sessions begin at 8:30 a.m. Plan to arrive by 8:15 a.m., especially if your child is attending a camp that meets off site. Our buses leave Corbett Prep promptly! We offer free morning care starting at 7:15 a.m.! Afternoon sessions begin at noon. Campers coming for afternoon camps only should also be dropped off at the Gatlin Hall entrance for counselor assistants to escort them to the designated check-in areas.

Dismissal for afternoon camps is at 3 p.m. The pick-up spot is at the front drive of Gatlin Hall. Please follow the instructions from our counselors to ensure a safe, speedy and efficient dismissal.

All campers remaining after 3 p.m. will go to the Extended Day room on campus. Extended Day is open until 6 p.m., and the cost is $12 per day.
