Payment Plans

A nonrefundable Registration Fee of $750 is due upon acceptance of the contract. This fee is applied in full toward tuition. You then have the option to select one of three different payment plans:

Plan A - Full Pay

Plan A Full payment due on or before May 15.

Plan B - Semi-Annual Payments

Plan B Semi-annual payments due on or before May 15 and December 1. Carrying charges of $100 are added for Plan B.

Plan C - Monthly Payments

Plan C Nine (9) monthly payments due on or before May 15 through March (skipping the months of June and January). Carrying charges of $250 are added for Plan C.

A $250 discount is given to each sibling.

Upon acceptance to Corbett Prep, new families will pay a one-time $900 capital assessment fee for school and facility enhancement expenditures.

Accounts are due by the first of the month. Accounts more than 15 days past due will be charged a $50 fee.

Tuition Refund Insurance is available. TRP coverage is strongly recommended for all families.

Student Fees

The Materials Fee is $400 for PreK3 through 8th grade. The fee covers all textbooks, classroom supplies, and consumables. The fee also provides a yearbook for each child. The Technology Fee is $50 for PreK4 – 5th grade and $100 for 6th-8th grade. Student fees are due with the first tuition payment.

Annual Giving and Fundraising Events

As tuition covers only 78% of the actual cost of educating each child, supplementary fundraising is crucial to the health of the school. All families are asked — and expected — to support the school’s Annual Giving campaign to the best of their ability. Your help is essential! Families are also strongly encouraged to join the PFA’s various fundraising events during the year. Support the school and have fun in the process!
