Students will enjoy a morning of storytelling, sharing and writing on Friday, April 28 as Corbett Prep welcomes three authors to campus. The writers will talk to students about their experiences and motivations. Afterward, students will divide into smaller groups with older students acting as buddies for younger ones. The older students will read to the younger students and help them use a story planning sheet to begin their own writing process.
Congratulations to our Middle School cheerleaders! Warriors Cheerleaders are Platinum First Place Middle School Division National Champions! Corbett Prep's competitive team had zero deductions as they competed to defend their national title on April 22.

Everything is peachy for the fourth- and fifth-grade Warriors' Pride Chorus.
Since December, 71 fourth- and fifth-grade students in Warriors' Pride Chorus have rehearsed for Roald Dahl's James and the Giant Peach Jr., the "fantasmarific" journey of a young boy who sails across the Atlantic Ocean in a magical peach with his insect friends.
The show featured two casts, both of which performed in a daytime show for their peers and an evening show for family and friends.
Students in PreK3 through second grade filled the Farish Center with enthusiasm and joy during the Primary Dance Recital as they showed audiences the results of their hard work in their drama/dance classes. Creative movement is a wonderful way for students to make social, cultural and historical connections, gain confidence and enhance learning.
